Peanut Butter Balls

These are included in my little bit of Heaven on Earth.  

They are one of my favorite things EVER!

You'll need white chocolate chips, butter, powdered sugar, and Reese's peanut butter.  

If you don't use Reese's peanut butter....I promise you....they WILL NOT taste the same.

Melt down 1 stick of butter.

Give your kiddo some peanut butter.

Put one jar of peanut butter in a mixing bowl.

Add your melt butter.

Some powdered sugar.

Mix well.

It will be a thicker consistency.

Coat your hands with powdered sugar, and roll into balls.  The peanut butter will stick to your hands if you don't.

Melt down on bag of white chocolate chips.  Do this in 30 seconds increments and stir well between.  It took me about 75 seconds to get them completely melted down.

Lightly coat your PB balls with the white coat, and put on cookie sheets to harden.

Yum!!!
