I found a new recipe for some yummy chicken pizza that I tried out for lunch today. It's a perfect recipe if you have left over grilled chicken, and is a light, easy summer recipe.
It was so good!!!
Ingredients:
1 package of Pillsbury Pizza Crust
mozzarella shredded cheese
grilled chicken (cut into small pieces)
onions
diced tomatoes
ranch dressing
(and whatever other veggies you like to top your pizza with!)
Cooking Directions:
Bake the pizza crust according to directions on package. Top with ranch dressing, onions, diced tomatoes, grilled chicken, and mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
